I'm not a big cake-lover but I can never resist "Better Than Sex Cake."
I decided to turn my favorite cake into a cookie!
Mother-in-law: "Okay, this is my new favorite cookie!"
Ingredients:
Makes 40 cookies
1/2 c butter (room temp)
1/2 c shortening (room temp)
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
5.1 oz box instant chocolate pudding
2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp corn starch
2-4 c whipped topping
1/2 c HEATH toffee bits
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
caramel to drizzle
Instuctions:
- Beat 1/2 c butter, 1/2 shortening, 1/4 c sugar, 3/4 c brown sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Add 5.4 oz box instant chocolate pudding, 2 1/4 c flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp corn starch.
- Mix until blended.
- Roll dough into balls.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 11 minutes.
- Ice cookies with Whipped Topping.
- Sprinkle cookies with Toffee Bits and Mini Chocolate Chips.
- Use a spoon to drizzle caramel sauce onto cookies.
