Better Than Sex Cookies

I'm not a big cake-lover but I can never resist "Better Than Sex Cake."  

I decided to turn my favorite cake into a cookie!  

Mother-in-law: "Okay, this is my new favorite cookie!"

Ingredients:

Makes 40 cookies

1/2 c butter (room temp)

1/2 c shortening (room temp)

1/4 c sugar

3/4 c brown sugar

2 eggs (room temp)

1 tsp vanilla extract

5.1 oz box instant chocolate pudding

2 1/4 c flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp corn starch

2-4 c whipped topping

1/2 c HEATH toffee bits

1/2 c mini chocolate chips

caramel to drizzle

Instuctions:

1. Beat 1/2 c butter, 1/2 shortening, 1/4 c sugar, 3/4 c brown sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla.
2. Add 5.4 oz box instant chocolate pudding, 2 1/4 c flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp corn starch.
3. Mix until blended.
4. Roll dough into balls. 
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 11 minutes.
6. Ice cookies with Whipped Topping.
7. Sprinkle cookies with Toffee Bits and Mini Chocolate Chips.
8. Use a spoon to drizzle caramel sauce onto cookies.
