Makes 40 cookies
1/2 c unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 c shortening plus 1/2 teaspoon
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
5.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup of seedless strawberry jam
3/4 cup of peanut butter chips
Instructions:
- Beat together 1/2 c butter, 1/2 c shortening, 1/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar.
- Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla.
- Add instant pudding mix.
- Add 2 1/4 cups of flour. Mix everything together.
- Bake in the 350 degree oven for 10-11 minutes.
- Pour 3/4 cup of Strawberry Jam into saucepan and cook on low. Stir until smooth.
- Pour 1/2 teaspoon onto each cookie.
- Measure 3/4 c of peanut butter chips and 1 tsp of shortening and cook on low in saucepan. Stir until smooth.
- Pour Peanut butter icing into a bag, cut small corner. Decorate cookies.

Cream together.

Scoop onto cookie sheets, 2 inches apart.
Bake in the 350 degree oven for 10-11 minutes.

Perfect combo of Peanut butter and Jelly on a cookie!
